Having a team that was more respectful and understanding with scheduling changes and routes of communication. Having the team remain the same or clearly communicate who in the loan process is handling which aspect Overall, a very frustrating and difficult process.
Great customer service!!
All request and documents issued as well as the next phase in the process was communicated in a professional and timely way. I was well inform in the proceedings which lead to the elimination of stress enabling me to enjoy the refinancing journey. Joyce Long was great and available during each step of the process.
Overall experience was great.
Towards the end of the process it was very hard to reach anyone who could answer our questions. We were told that we would not be able to close on time due to neglect of the lender. I will never borrow another dime from you guys. You guys made this process a living h*** and very difficult. I would like to tell the Penny Mac team to sincerely go f*** themselves.
Nathaniel always kept me informed of what my next steps were. He was very pleasant to work with.
If ever had any questions they were answered promptly
Julie Hill was FINE - my previous loan officer, Jordan dropped the ball and my loan totally fell through the cracks and I had to completely start over
