very poor personal communication. requested documents on a limited partnership more than once even though i own less than .01% of interest. requested flood insurance even though i'm not in a flood zone and provide a recent survey.

Great follow-up and streamlined refi process.
Repeated emails asking me to sign the same document multiple times was very annoying. No one was able to make them stop. I started the process in October and it took till Jan to get it completed. I had to call at least twice asking what was taking so long.
Penny Mac makes the process very simple. I will stay with Pennymac in the event I need another loan in the future.
