Willie was GREAT! However the loan officer I was assigned wasn't. It was hard to get a response from him in a timely manner and to get clear answers from him at times.
Every person I spoke with answered my questions patiently and professionally and more than once because of me forgetting or getting confused. If they couldn't answer they directed me to whom could.

Great Service
There was a hiccup with my closing due to a vesting schedule. Nayley was able to get in contact with me loan agent and adjust my cash to close since it would be pushed out a week. She was very helpful and fixed the issue ASAP.

Unsatisfied with the loan process. I expected better from PennyMac after being a returning customer. Very disjointed communication from the team handling the loan application/processing. I often received conflicted information from the team. I have not heard from Nayely since approximately Day 10 of the process. This is Week 5. I have not been contacted in 7 days since signing closing documents.
