Overall good service. Many times trying to get the VA COE I was always referred back to having my loan company receive that documentation but I ended up having to retrieve it on my own. Asked for example memos on a few documents and never received them. Everything else was smooth though.
Reaching the individual that I thought I needed was a little confusing initially.
Whenever I asked for any clarification, it was answered nicely and quickly.
PennyMac had the best rate in the business by FAR! They were willing to help with any outcome of the closing and help us finance in any way.

More verbal communication. This system where everything is automated is impersonal and leaves too much room for questions. The only direct phone number is to s broad system, not a person.
And the entire process for refinancing went smoothly thanks to everyone from the loan officer to processor.
