Everything was smooth and quick.
Jenny was professional, accommodating, and empathetic. I questioned a problem having to do with escrow account. It was resolved within 24 hours of the question. She called when she said she would and returned my calls in a timely fashion. I was treated as if I was a VIP and I appreciated that.

Kristina White did great, she met all my expectations. However there was several people from different depts that I had to speak with, I received great service from individuals, but didn’t like the format . They need one quality assurance person to see everything before being sent to customer., it seems as if one department doesn’t know what the other is doing which can create frustration for customer. Could be much better if only dealing with one person, in my opinion.
The documents requested were not provided to the closer and/or title company. This significantly decreased our cash from the cash out refi. I've spent hours in the phone trying to rectify this to no avail.
