Easy and quick
Communication was excellent. All in all the process went extremely smooth.
We had to have our closing date changed 3 times because the documents for my married name from my previous name. We finished by the end of the year, but we had 2 different notary’s to finish the closing documents. I hope that penny Mac paid for their time, and travel for not getting the correct documents, which were not their fault.

This refinance was for a divorce settlement that was my wife's portion of the equity in said property. The title company treated the refinance as strictly a cash pay out dividing my wife's equity between the both of us incorrectly.

She was amazing! I had an unique situation (new & refinance @ same time & funding) and she made me feel at easy. She gave me updates on my refinance in which wasn’t even her responsibility.
