Hello, Calli was great! Our loan officer Ashley was also great! Unfortunately the issues were with the team who was preparing the loan documents after the details were forwarded by our loan officer Ashley. They were delivered incorrectly to the notary, and time was wasted at the first scheduled signing for us and the notary. Additionally, the second and third set of documents was also incorrect. It took far to many phone calls and interactions to get them correct in order to be able to proceed to a final closing. ... read more
5 star everything was great no hassle or problem
The issues for the documents and information were not Jessica’s fault, it was a issue with Everardo Zaragoza who did not communicate our subordination of our HELOC with the title company or PennyMac through the entire process. We were clear when we requested to keep our HELOC after paying it off. No issue with Jessica, she was awesome!

The refinance application was done over the phone and didn’t take too long. The rest of the process was seamless and we closed in about 4 weeks. We got a lower rate, didn’t have to pay any closing fees at closing and got some money back. It was a win-win when we only had the original mortgage for 8 months.
The refinance process was super easy. I love working with Penny Mac they always answer the phone fast and everyone is very knowledgeable. We’ve had multiple houses with them and never had a bad experience.
