Thanks! The only complaint I have is: I received checks that I had to send for payoffs...I the world we live in today, this would have been a lot faster and secure for MAC to send electronically. Also, the payoff amounts we from the original documents I sent. No one from MAC called to verify new payoffs so I'm hoping to get any overpayment send back to me? Needs to be a better customer service on this!!!! Kyrus Frames

Everything was as expected. However my cash out value changed based on my appraisal and I had to call to understand how much my mortgage would be and how much I could take out. We also received the same emails a few times even after we completed the task. No complaints at all, just want to bring it your attention for improvement. We were happy overall, just those small things that we noticed. People were very friendly and answered all questions promptly. Thank you very much for everything!
