Overall we got done what was needed and closed successfully. The timeline took longer than we feel it should have for the reason of our refinance but everything worked out.
We are very satisfied with the team that assisted us in closing on our home. They made it a very smooth process, and explained every little thing along the way. We're glad we chose PennyMac.
