We had a great experience with PennyMac. They where always there when I needed a question answered. Every process of the loan went well. There was a small hold up on closing day, but we were still able to close the same day. Everyone I spoke with along the way had great customer service and was more than happy to help!

I felt my loan officer wasn't very engaged when I would call asking questions. I felt that by calling every 10 days if I hadn't heard anything that I was inconveniencing her. I thought Dino was very pleasant, but misleading when he said how easy this process was going to be. If I had to redo my refi, I would consider going to another institution. I also felt abandoned on the day of my closing. I had problems and no one was available to assist. My loan officer made me feel like unimportant.

I called and questioned if I could refinance my loan to lower my payments and they checked my credit, had me send documents to prove my income and I got my refinance

Very simple process. Almost too simple because I always felt we should have been doing more. But Charisse was great at checking on our progress, answering emails, and reassuring us that everything was on track.
