Gina and Ryan were thorough from the beginning of the process. Gina communicated with weekly calls early on even if there was not much to update. While there were duplicate document requests which could have resulted in frustration, Gina researched the situation and resolved the issues quickly. The process took a little longer than expected but we understand there have been an overwhelming amount of loans and refinances to close. The closing process was organized and efficient.
Communication failed multiple occasions.
A return customer, PennyMac is a perfect match to cure your financing problems. The process went smoothly and the rates were unbelievable. Couldn't have ask for anything better.
All questions were answered immediately. Never had a hard time getting in touch with with my assigned people.
Communication is lacking. It's impossible to call and get someone on the phone who can answer questions and provide an update. Once my loan application was established, anytime I called I was automatically sent to my loan processor who never answered her phone and returned my voicemails 1-2 days later. When I did get her on the phone, she did answer all my questions and provided me with accurate information. She was out of the office for over a week and I was not able to talk with anyone.
Great experience from beginning to end.
