Vonnye Wade did a great job getting all the paper work form me to get the loan processed, the only trouble I had was trying to get ahold of Vonnye. Eric did a great job for me at the start of the process, then Vonnye took over and pushed the paper work threw. I want to thank the hole team. THANKYOU
I had trouble e-signing docs, and Danyell Gilbert coordinated fantastic support from the IT Dept.
Closing took 5 months. Loan support person changed 3 times. Not always prompt responses to my questions. It seamed like for weeks no one was doing anything for my loan. I am reporting appraiser to the state of TN. I would recommend not using him again. He has been fined by the state of TN before for inaccurate appraisals.
To be completely honest, I was disappointed with the level of attentiveness to one specific request I had. I had requested several times to get a document changed as it was inaccurate, I am not quite sure if that document has ever been changed. Regardless, the loan was refinanced and I am happy with the outcome and terms.
More timely processing and better updates along the way. More responsiveness to emails and calls. I have a request I’m at this moment for a letter and I have asked for the status and still no reply or response. Unacceptable to me as a PennyMac customer who has never been late on payments and have paid you thousands.
Communication was not. I had questions and tried to talk to a person but never was able to get a hold of anyone. Really, the only mode of consistent communication was email. I’m sure interest rates were the driver of all this but still, I was not thrilled with everything.
Good job to all the staff that put my loan together. Thanks again.
Poor communication from the loan officer and quite a few bumps along the way however Jesse was the best to work with so if this is for him then he gets an A+ from me
