We had our previous loan with PennyMac, only seemed natural to continue with them. From the start Layal Zoueihed was professional and responsive, even in the midst of the wildfires out west. Rosario Lopez was first rate in handling our loan. She was always professional yet with a fun and caring manner. Definitely stood out in our experience.
