Poor communication, incorrect names on documents, repeated attempts to solve the same problem to no avail, last minute urgenices caused by lack of communication.
From Start to finish, my experience with the M.a.c. Team was exceptional. The step by step process was easy to follow making for a smooth closing.
Your whole company seems very good. However, Jennifer was outstanding during the entire process. Fast to respond and always very friendly, and obviously, very bright. Due to some very surprise health issues that I just learned of last week, we were forced to cancel the transaction officially today. Same day as funding. Very sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully all will be back to normal soon. If so, we will be back to start over. Sincerely George & Pamela Cavanah
Communication was consistent throughout loan process. PennyMac was able to fund my loan sooner than expected.

Signing got delay 3 times. The whole process was 3-4 months long not the 1 that was promised at the beginning of the process. Jason avoided me when I was angry about situations going on. Was lied to about the closing costs. If I wasn’t already 3+ months committed to the process I would have cancelled and went else where with my business. Will be publicly advising anyone and everyone to avoid doing business with PennyMac of possible. Terrible terrible experience.
