Even though it took a while from start to finish, the people on my team were exceptional in the process. All my questions were answered promptly and completely. I would recommend PennyMac USA to anyone in the market for a mortgage or re-mortgage.

PennyMac more than met my expectations in my streamline refinance. They openly communicated a status of the process periodically without me asking. We did have a slight issue of closing due to the title company not sending documents to the closing official on the day of closing, but the PennyMac loan officer came through and expedited a solution effectively and we were able to still close on the same day. I literally did not have to do much of anything, but sign paperwork online.

There was little to no communication. I sent emails that went unanswered. Then I received an urgent email indicating no one could get in contact with me and I was at risk of not closing. I’ve been available but didn’t hear from anyone. My only contact with My’Esha was a call to schedule my closing date. If I had to do it over again, I would choose a different company. This was a terrible customer experience.
