The closing attorney needs to be informed that they must wear a mask when going to meet with clients to close. We were also a little thrown off by the amount due at closing which should have been outlined and detailed before. Overall it was a pretty smooth experience.

Our realtor called 53 times in one day because we did not have the paperwork we needed to close and no communication was given. This was the most stressful experience ever. We did not close on our expected date. Our appraisal was late. Everything was awful. The day we did close no one knew if it was definitely a go because the title company had not received anything until that day.
