I was very impressed with both Anthony the loan officer and Norma the processor. All I had to do is ask and she would either sent me an email or call me. It was a very easy process and pleasant. Mortgages/Refi's are usually stressul and somewhat complicated, but not with PennyMac Loan Services. Thank you for making it easy and not stressful I will be mentioning PennyMac to friends.

PennyMac was my original loan provider. I was shopping around and found better rates elsewhere, when I notified PennyMac they not only matched but beat the competitors. Their service has been fantastic from the beginning. I closed within a weeks timeframe.

My experience with Jason Staples was great, but there were problems with the document processing that were not monitored as I would have expected and I had to alert everyone that there was a problem. The PennyMac team did well in correcting the issues. This is my third home and I have done refinancing on each one and this was my worst experience.

Dates changed with no communication from settlement office. Amount due at settlement was never communicated with us. It was not just a few dollars.
