Nathan was absolutely fantastic and I feel he went above and beyond in his efforts to assist in my loan.
Pia and Beth were both great to work with and were very helpful. The problem seemed to be where there were hand-offs, both internally and between PennyMac and the title company. Missing documents that had already been sent, etc. This caused me a ton of extra stress and made the processes very frustrating at the end.

Her overall knowledge and willingness to help was far beyond any service I have ever received. There aren’t to many employees left in the work field Like her and go beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer. Her impression made me a PennyMac customer for life.

Working with Penny Mac was a very easy experience. We were able to close within our expected time frame, communicated on our regular basis, and get a great rate.
From the beginning when I talked with the loan officer, they explained all the loans and helped me decide which loan would be best for me. Everything went exactly as it had been explained to me and we were able to close on time. Simplest home loan process that I have ever had.
