Very easy process!
I was told at the beginning of the process to contact the MAC Team for any questions I might have. Communication with the MAC team was non-existent. Calls weren't answered, messages left but calls not returned, incorrect information given on several occasions, closing cancelled hours after scheduled appointment time without any notification. I could go on and on. I would have canceled if I weren't already so far into the process.
The people @ PennyMac are focused on the customer, and seek to provide excellent service all the way through the process of home loans, refinance procedures, or whatever the needs the customer may have. I would recommend PennyMac to friends & family. I am grateful my home loan is with PennyMac. Thank you, -Jeff
