If the rate and closing costs were lower for a 100% Disabled Veteran then this refinance would be great but the loan officer charged us too much, I requested a 5K total costs for this refinance but she charged more than the requested amount so we’re not happy.

Deion' a really nice person but communication was really not there the way I would have liked was not able to get ahold of my L.O, when I did, I felt that I was bothering him. I realize this whole covid-19 thing kind of threw a wrench in everything but I so did not expect for my loan to take one week shy of 3 months to close and it took me calling & pestering to find out what was taking so long, come to find out it had to do with the subordinations and I jumped in and made sure they got done

The initial loan officer that I worked with would not respond to my e-mails after he turned the file over to the underwriting and closing team. I also e-mailed multiple documents as requested that did not get uploaded to my account and had to provide them again. I also requested a copy of the closing statement the day before closing to ensure it was accurate and I had to receive that from my title closing agent. I had to do a lot of the work for this refinance, I was disappointed with PennyMa
