Loan process was extremely easy and the team I had did great. Only 1 question was answered incorrectly. I asked if the negative balance was money that I would receive and I got a call back saying that it was not but it was. Not a big deal at all,very satisfied with the team.

I was hoping to save $200 a month by refinancing at a lower interest-rate. But after the loan was complete it was $30 more than what I was paying now! I was a little disappointed in that but then my closing agent explained that my taxes and insurance were going up and that was why it was costing me more!
