The refinance process was fast and efficient. I have never done a refinance before and I had an agent call as soon as I clicked submit on online application. I submitted the requested docs and everything else went smooth and fast.

This review is unfair to the team that actually closed my loan. However I had been working with PennyMac since September of last year to refinance my house. Every single step during the first attempt was inaccurate and delayed. At the very end of the process, my Macteam completely stopped responding to my messages. Several weeks passed by of silence, until i reached out once more and had to start every step all over again. I could not have been more accommodating. This should not take 5 months!
