Everything went smooth and helped me reach a cheaper interest rate.
The amount of agents I had to work with besides Griffin caused a lot of confusion with myself and the closing company. There were reports from both sides verbally yelling at the other. Everything was figured out a day after projected closing and only after I spoke with the closing company in person.
Everyone was well informed and I especially appreciated the cross training among the reps, others who took my call when Vonnye was with another customer we’re able to answer my questions. In addition, Ms Diana Rogel also delivered world class service from the get go.

Great customer service
First it took three months. It only took 29 days to buy the house. My work addresses where in correct somehow no matter how many times I corrected it. I went a whole month with out hearing from anyone and had to call to find out if they stole my money I paid to lock me in for 60 days and it took over that anyway. Then after the month they needed missing paperwork I already sent them month two they need my work address that wasn’t even close to what I put on the application. Unnecessarily long
