My loan processing agent Lana was on top of my refinance every step of the way. Every week she called me to provide status and updated me of any changes. I think the process was very timely due to her constant follow up and could not have asked for a better processor! I will miss my weekly calls with Lana! Happy process is complete! First it took three months. It only took 29 days to buy the house. My work addresses where in correct somehow no matter how many times I corrected it. I went a whole month with out hearing from anyone and had to call to find out if they stole my money I paid to lock me in for 60 days and it took over that anyway. Then after the month they needed missing paperwork I already sent them month two they need my work address that wasn’t even close to what I put on the application. Unnecessarily long
