The process could not have been any easier. The part I played was minimal and Nathens team handled everything very professionally. To top it off we closed in two weeks! Fantastic. Thank you for holding our mortgage.

COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE. It didn't happen. I could NEVER get a hold of Myesha. I got dumped into the pool of call centers with people who could never seem to answer my question. If she called,and I missed the call, I was never able to get in-touch with her because she didn't have a direct line. Emails were rarely if never answered. I was told that at closing I needed to have a check for $182. On the day of closing I was told I needed a check for over 1400. No warning at all from PennyMac

Communication was not good over the whole loan process. Dealing with 3 or 4 different agents was frustrating. Everyone had a different calculation to the final monthly payment. I will admit though that upon closing Carlton was the most caring for the final close. Billy was a close second. In closing I would of expected a quicker process. In all it took a month till close
