I initially spoke to a young man at PenyMac that never returned my calls. After several attempts to reach him, I was transferred to Saviz Hatam and had a wonderful experience with him. He always returned my calls and was very patient to explain the numbers & process to me. He then put me through to ms. Annie Mac who again was great to work with. She called me every week to offer updates and was always very pleasant to speak to. These two people made my experience with the Mac team excellent!
