Service was great, but a lot of documents were prepared incorrectly the first time around and needed to be fixed. The corrections and the service team were excellent in getting the issues resolved, but with this type of financial transaction it amazes me more thought and carefulness is not put in upfront before obtaining the signed documents.

There were major issues each week causing unnecessary stress that came from a lack of communication and decisions that were just incorrect from the underwriter and support team. The only reason I closed on time was because I was constantly calling and fighting for information. I've closed on three houses in 5 years and this was the worst experience of my life. My house was already sold and the house I was buying was empty and should have been a easy closing.
Awesome and seamless experience. Reid was awesome and so was the rest of the team especially the notary personnel that were used. This refinance was great!!!!!
