Great experience with Pennymac!
Closing took less than three weeks!
Representatives were always available and given the time crunch for the close date did very well!
Fairly quick, not overly complex or burdensome. Good responsiveness all around.
The level of communication was excellent! I was kept informed of each step along the way and felt confident in the information provided. The process was quick and painless!
The entire process was seamless. My loan officer was readily available at any time, and she eased any anxiety I had through the process. I really appreciated the notary traveling to me as well.

I had asked on a few occasions if I needed to bring money for closing . The answer given was no . The day of closing I was informed that I would pay a sum out of pocket which I wasn’t aware of and had to make a round trip to the bank to get an electronic wire that cost me $30 on top of the amount requested .
Marques Lusk was very rude to me on the phone and hung up on me before I could finish. He was unprofessional asking for my SSN before telling me who he was. He made a decent experience horrible.
