Very Smooth Process.
The process overall was fine. I did receive emails and calls from my assigned person. However every time I returned a call or tried to speak to someone specific I was told they were on another call or not in the office. It is silly to the point of frustration to be told you have a designated person to help you through the process only to never speak with them directly. As I am just ok with how the process went I would look elsewhere in the future.

The level of communication was great. The team was in constant contact with me through out the application process. They were updating me in each step.
This was the worst mortgage process I have ever gone through. Even this survey comes at a time where there are still unanswered questions about my closing, that I am waiting on written responses. Every touch-point I have had with your company has been bad - bordering on incompetent. I have no confidence that my mortgage has been re-processed correctly, and have serious concerns about the integrity and competence of your organization.
Make All your customers feel like they are valued. I should not have to threaten to cancel the re fi or demand to speak to the loan officer's manager in order to get information or calls returned. I made several calls and left several messages to no avail. I thought that by using the same mortgage company I've had the last 7 years things would be easier but that was not the case. Your company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and that's unfortunate.
Overall experience was good, but we experience some lag time in the processing stage.
People were professional, knowledgeable and treated us well.
