My overall experience with you guys was good. The only thing that I was unsatisfied with was the initial quote that I got. I was not offered the best rate at the beginning, not until I got a much much better quote from another lender that you guys later matched. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve recommend everyone I know that is in the process of purchasing a home.
Jamie did a great job and was very responsive when I had a question or concern with the closing of my refinance.

Good Afternoon, The communication, promptness of each person, how clearly they explain each detail, what I need to bring to the closing, what they were doing and how they would work with me, and they did. I especially like to thank George for the follow -up to see that everything went well and also Mr. Cooper. I must say you have save my insanity, to just don't know what this mean to me.
