I had to reach out multiple times to get info to our realtor. The closing paperwork was hours late on the day of closing. We had to submit paperwork multiple times. We were told that our file was missing at one point. The realtor had very difficult time getting info and requested paperwork from loan personnel.
Really quick closing, really happy with new payment, no cost out of pocket for closing, everyone involved was very helpful and had great communication. Couldn't been happier.
Closing documents and closing request was never sent to title company and resulted in a missed appointment and wasted time on my families behalf

Easy process and streamlined everything for a quick close.
The refinancing process was great, however, the eSigning can be difficult for someone who's not familiar with technology. Sample, I processed my signature and it did not showed up when I eSigned the document. Moreover, the old VA required termite inspection form is no longer the same and we had to resubmit the current termite report four times during our refinancing process. Overall, the communications between all PennyMac during the holidays were great! Thank you.
It was quick, clear and everyone was pleasant to talk to.
