The email I received from Bren indicated everything was set, we were to receive a specific amount back on 2/4 and that the notary would be out for our signatures. The amount on the paperwork we signed thereafter indicated $300 to $400 less than Bren indicated in her email but we didnt want to go through the hassle to try to get things fighred out so let it go. Michael and Bren were great to talk too. Thanks for getting us the better interest rate and staying within the timeline!

Everything went so smooth from start to finish. Very impressed.
The communication after the loan process started was very minimal, I was told I would have weekly updates and that didn’t happen. I feel like once I was lured into this refi all communication stopped.
All persons were helpful and gracious, the process was nearly painless

Communication was continuous and helpful throughout the process
We did close but communication was less than stellar. The sales person never returned phone calls or emails. The loan processor was much better. The closing document we not correct at the closing. You sometimes had to talk to different people concerning the processing so there was a lot of miscommunication and duplicity. It made for a difficult and frustrating process. I would suggest one contact through the whole process or at least one prime contact and a sales force that understands that
