My loan officer,Jamie was excellent. He ensured that I was always updated in a timely manner. Very professional, who I could depend on to return my calls or respond to my emails,alleviating anxiety. He was great...got my loan to close way before the expected closing date. Great job Jamie (James).

The loan process was good. It took a little longer than I expected but it was a good experience.
Great experience
My loan officer was very informative, though we only really communicated once (the first day I initiated my inquiry), we were on the phone for a few hours and he researched all outlets to make sure I was getting the best deal for my refinance. Going through a loan process is never fun and can be very time consuming from the phone calls and document gathering, to talking to several different people throughout the process, I found the process mostly painless.
