Dealing with Gabriel and the rest of the Penny Mac team was a very enjoyable experience! My questions/concerns were handled with a high level of expertise and professionalism. My expectations for the loan closing date were exceeded, as we were able to close very quickly. I would definitely recommend Gabriel, and Penny Mac to my friends and family!

very quick, very helpful. no problems understanding what was going on in the loan process and i never had to leave my home for it.

It was a cumbersome process after initial application with the loan officer, Layal. Multiple request for same documents from MAC team. Did not meet deadlines. Also have not recieved my Sam's Club gift card as promised. Ultimately it got done and Pennymac managers adhered to some of the concessions caused by inaccurate and inefficient agents on the MAC team.
Karen made it easy and followed up with me regularly to ensure I wasn't facing any issues. When I did face an issue she was quick to resolve it and follow up. My experience was good.
