Wr had a horrible time with the underwriting and all thr very unnecessary paperwork that they continued to ask for but Kristin was very patient and kept great communication between my realtor,my husband and myself which I truly appreciated. I will be honest if it weren't for Kristin I may have taken my loan somewhere else but do to her I decided to stay with Pennymac.

The “nickel and dime” that were being applied to the loan—which were remote (but I’m sure we’re reabsorbed in the loan some how).
Both the loan officer and loan processor provided me with outstanding service ... my refinance was seamless and the process was very efficient!
