I found the experience to run very smoothly. I was pleased with the service. The whole process was done in a matter of weeks.

The process would have been better if thame parties involved payed close attention to the documents that were requested and if the process that was laid out initially had been followed. I would not highly recommend this process as I experienced it.

I had to go to a competitor to get fees waived, then you guys waived the some of the fees so I stayed with penny mac. I also contacted the VA they told me to walk away from penny mac because they were taking advantage of me with all those fees, you don't do that to a veteran. Very disappointed in the service.
