What made this experience excellent was Reid was patient and thorough. When a problem appeared just a few days before closing Reid was immediately on top of it and made it right! I’m grateful his manager supported his recommendation that made it possible to close. Thank you!

I was told I would receive a different amount when closing and when I asked about this I was told Peter Harris would call and talk to me about what the difference was about. I never received a phone call. I received several thousands dollars less than what Peter Harris told me that I would receive.

Nathan, who was our first point of contact was great. After that the communication was horrible. We never received a call from the person that was actually doing our loan, Anna, and anytime we tried to get information we were never called back. Our closing was a huge circus. They didn't have the closing documents ready until 3 hours past our closing and our realtor didn't get the funds until the next day.
