Eric helped us refinance our mortgage. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and competent. The whole process was done swiftly and smoothly. Thank you Eric.
Everything went smoothly had no issues. My questions were answered quickly and I recommend Pennymac
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Paid $300+ out of pocket expenses for inspections we didn’t need. Had to take extra time off work to complete those inspections & then a second appraisal. Prepaid fees were incorrect multiple times. Received verbal confirmation fees were corrected only to receive estimate/disclosure with info still wrong or did not receive an updated one at all. Closing appointment was rescheduled 3x because documents were still not correct when sent to title company.
Nothing was completed when we were told it would be. Getting a hold of someone for answers was impossible. We were consistently given false information.
They have not communicated properly after underwritting process completes. Addendum to Closing Disclosure document is unnecessarly. They have not communicate properly on this document.
Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable, it was an easy process!

Charles was really easy to work with and very knowledgeable. What I wasn't a fan of was if I had an concerns or questions I had to speak with any of the loan officers that I got when I called or emailed. I like working with one person and sticking with them. Must have missed the part that due to the volume of refi's at this time the closing would be almost two months.
