Very easy process. Very informative communication
I had my loan with pennymac prior to my refinance. The transition was pretty easy. There was a couple requests for documents I had all ready provided but not a huge pain. Overall I am happy with pennymac and their online payment is easy to navigate.
You assisted when we hit just one unexpected obstacle.
I find that all the personnel are helpful and want help as best they can. They are ready to answer any question no matter how simple it may be.
Ammie Mack was helpful in contacting Amir Rizvi with looking at the second offer I was given by another company. She had to contact him more than once to keep the process going. She was very helpful in explaining the changes that had occurred with the paperwork. She helped me with understanding the math of the paperwork. Truly enjoyed working with Ammie Mack! Cudo's to Ammie, she saved me and this loan!
