Ammie Mac was the best part of the process. She was Awesome!! She tolerated me getting upset at the process due to being asked for the same documents over and over again from the mac team. She made the process more tolerable.
I called and explained my personal situation. Not only was I clearly given options, but I was able to feel comfortable enough to share my thought process while feeling like I was listened to. The representative was clear, well spoken, personable, and knowledgeable. She was actively listening while giving me clear options. Exactly what I needed in a time where I felt I was panicking! Thank you!
Our sales person, Greg, was in too much of a hurry to explain things and when he did, it wasn't even our information. We were to have $20k cash out at closing and all our documents showed we owed at closing. Chavaya didn't really know anything when I called to ask about it. He was pleasant enough, but not sure what roll he was playing in this process. It took 4 versions of the loan estimate documents to get it corrected.
