We had great communication and help. One suggest if if you are going to be away please let your customer know as it got very confusing in the end with too many hands trying to figure out what was happening. But overall we are pleased with the help we received

The process was easy the weekly call
PennyMac quickly responded with one of the best rates of the three companies that I had made inquiries with and was by far the most reasonable in terms of fees and lender costs. Once I was passed from the originator to a dedicated processor I was quickly given an easy list of documents to provide and was able to upload them directly on the website. Every went relatively quick and easily.
Easy process and people assigned to work with were accessible and helpful.
