I would have loved to get my questions answered regarding my car loan, existing escrow, and Chase credit card difference. I heard from Linda more than I did Roberto, but I sent multiple emails before the closing and after the closing while still in my 3 day window to try to get this issue resolved. I am not pleased with this process and would have liked to moved a few other things around to get my Chase credit card bill paid instead of having a portion of that paid. Overall the process was easy. It was also easy to reach someone if I had a question. I was able to close within a couple of weeks of inquiring about a remortgage.

Charles inherited in case as the first loan officer was promoted (he should have been, Kim Felix ROCKS) It then went to Sipan and then along the way Charles was my POC. Could not had been happier. Charles is a take charge kind of guy that speaks volumes of the companies corporate business culture. KUDOS to PM for hiring such great caring folks!
