I had problems with my loan officer not returning my calls and getting in contact with me for over a week when I called multiple times until I got in contact with Latrice. She was amazing and smoothed things over cause I was not very happy at all about the process that was happening with him. Latrice made everything go smoothly after that and was so helpful and contacted me throughout the rest of the process. I hope her management team sees this cause she deserves some recognition for her awesome work. Thanks again Latrice!!

The process dragged on for longer then expected, we had to constantly contact Penngmac in reference to anything because they were not getting back to us, and we have come to find out that PennyMac did not pay the taxes they were obligated too per my mortgage and the money was in escro

The ladies that worked on our file made things so easy and smooth. We were building a home and it took 10 months to complete the process and I got everything I need and more from Bethany and Sandra. I couldn't be more pleased with the service!
