lot of repetition with documents very frustrating
Everyone was so nice and very helpful.
My closing was quick and easy and I had contact with Penny Mac the entire time. It was a relief to have someone contact me for each stage so I didn't have to contact them to check on things.

De'Loria and Mike made the process fairly easy to navigate. I know all are busy, and at times we would not hear from De'Loria until the following day. Which is fine, but Mike also went above and beyond and was always available. Both helped immensly!
