I need to be very clear that Erika Stacy and all of your staff were great. What caused frustration is the technology used for verification of the documents within your Portal. I would submit documents and they would still show as 'pending' or still 'required'. I believe this was cause of much of the communication frustration between myself and your staff. Once again, Erika and your staff were great. Your people would rate at 10. :-) thank you!
