My only issues were with requests from underwriting. The document requests were redundant and delayed the closing.

Michelle was so nice and empathetic. It wasn’t her fault, it was the loan processors and incorrect expectations and moving prices. I couldn’t get answers and was lost on who I should speak to until Michelle stepped in. She turned my experience into a better one.
