Overall Very quick. Very smooth. Very helpful. Communications at closing between PennyMac and closing agent and local closing org got a little confusing. Error in Address to closing location but I think this as AmRocks fault.
Customer service was awesome. Communication was constant with all questions answered in a timely manner.
Able to refinance to a better rate even as rates were increasing. Great deal and penny Mac coordinated all.
Just the overall process was a great process. From beginning to end.
The service provided to me by Pennymac and especially by the Rep Nathaniel Orozco was impeccable… I don’t think I have ever had a company Rep as sharp, polite and professional as Mr. Orozco. In fact, the entire process was smooth with some very minor issues , but I was surprised at the manner in which my refinance was handled, the staff was organized, knowledgeable and professional! For me that places Pennymac a cut above all other lenders. Their service can’t be touched 🤷🏽♀️
Perhaps identify all docs up front instead of keep adding “one more”
