Each time I called PennyMac with a question, it was answered in a very timely manner.
The process was smooth, Jacob Rogers was great to work with.
Kali and Angel were fantastic. They are a credit to your company. I have already recommended other veterans to your company. I have never in my life seen a mortgage loan close in 16 days from first phone call to signing with the escrow agent. So happens I had PennyMac prior to this closing. Thanking you and your whole staff and again Kali was more than Superb she was great.

More and better explained communication overall would have made my experience better.
Need just commutating too one person only instead of three or four,five,too many in the business. Overall was okay,but not everyone was professional,but the ones that was professional you know who you are and God knows
