Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Very smooth and simple process.
The process was easy, and clear what was needed. I was able to talk to someone whenever I needed to and the notes on the account made it easy for other representatives to answer my question when needed

Extremely poor customer service. My calls and emails went unanswered. When I did speak with Blen she was rude and dismissive, when it was time for the closing papers signing only then was she communicative. I would NEVER Recommend Pennymac and will go as far as to Yelp how horrible my experience was. I highly recommend Lean Six Sigma to this organization if you plan on continuing the mortgage business.
Everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional. I received weekly updates until the load closed.
