The process was great. I was notified when the loan was to be complete. Every thing that was done met my expectations
I did not communicate my expectations clearly. I asked for a no cost loan. what I found was the I was lead to believe it was a no cost va loan, but the cost were added to my new refi docs. I take the blame for the misunderstanding I suppose...... Also how long will it take to refund the full loan amount taken out for March 2020?
The refinancing process was smooth from start to end.
