My whole loan process went smoothly!
As I’ve communicated to Teresa Henry, my loan was just put on Miranda’s desk to gather dust. She kept asking me for prof of closing costs of $6,xxx.xx of which I was promised By the loan initiator I would not be responsible for paying. He said I was granted a $4,xxx.xx credit to help with closing costs. She ignored what I told her, he said he also told her, she ignored that... and the loan sat dead from 2/7-2/27... when I finally asked for a supervisor. Once I got ahold of Teresa, It Resolv

Commorah helped me and answered all my questions clearly so I could understand my process, she always called and kept me up to date on everything. I would want her to be help me again if I were to move again she is a lovely person and understanding, thank you Commorah for all your help.
Need just commutating too one person only instead of three or four,five,too many in the business. Overall was okay,but not everyone was professional,but the ones that was professional you know who you are and God knows
