Jeff Benyo my loan officer was excellent and the terms of the deal were good. However, Emma did not communicate well unless she needed something. She didn't read what I sent her. She didn't update my file with pertinent information (obvious when I talked to other personnel at your office). The finale was she TWICE scheduled a closing without sending the documents to the title company. Lastly, the payoff amounts were still wrong at closing after I told Emma multiple times they were incorrect.
super easy refinance on my VA loan. Most of my previous documents were able to be reused for the refinance so it made it very quick (less than 30 days) to do my refinance.
Saving Money on monthly payment due to lower interest rate, and ability to help budgeting by skipping two payments.

The start of the process went smoothly when working with John. Kristen was great as well, however I couldn’t get a clear answer for the cash to close amount. At the time of closing, my attorney had to step in to have the process expedited and get the correct amount needed to close. I also requested previously for my husbands name be corrected and it was not done. The closing process could have gone smoothly if the closing team created urgency days prior to closing for a better experience
Because are existing loan was with Pennymac it as a seamless process to refi.
