Overall experience was great. Only issue was I work long hours and am off when they are already closed for the day so I was not thrilled to hear they were threatening to cancel my refinance due to not receiving a call back in a timely manner. Other then that I would recommend Penny Mac to friends and family.
There never was any guessing to any type of questions and I always received a straight answer.I do wish I had a better credit rating to get a better rating but that’s on me to do and work on. I thank each and everyone in what they did for me!

there was alitle confusion between the title company and pennymac and myself about not having a title and what was done.
PennyMac is a great company to work with...and all communications were clear and easy to understand!! I had alot of assistance from their team and Mr. Williams!
