IF IN THE PROCESS YOU HAVENT REPORTED ME AS MISSING A PAYMENT WHILE AT THE SAME TIME SENDING ME TWO CHECKS, THEREBY DROPPING MY CREDIT SCORE FROM 830 TO 645. IM VERY UPSET AND TRYING TO GET HELP FROM ANYONE AT PENNYMAC IS RIDICULOUS

Knowledgeable staff, great communication, user friendly processing portal and expeditious loan processing. Very pleased with my experience with PennyMac.
Gabriel and Jessica were excellent and made sure I knew everything every step of the way. It was the easiest loan process I've ever been through. I would use them again!
