It was easy and painless
It would have been better if I could have spoken with the same person on the MacTeam each time I called but that didn't happen. Each time I called there was a different person and when I asked for a particular person, I was asked "I can help you I'm on the team". Lauren was the last person I spoke with. The survey is for her.
