Hi, closing was rescheduled 3 times due to errors on PennnyMac end. 1st time Rate was incorrect on documents at closing. Unable to resend as very difficult to reach loan officer to correct. 2nd time I nor notary received the documents after closing was scheduled. No information loan officer did not respond in time for appt. After multiple calls and corrections. Insisted to view documents before closing #3. Then 3rd time all confirmed. Unacceptable for me to lose 2 days of work due to these errors. One time error can ... read more

This is my second home loan with PennyMac and I am totally satisfied with the whole process. Everyone I worked with answered my emails, phone calls, questions and concerns in a timely manner and in broke it down that made the decision to switch my loan over to PennyMac a pleasurable experience.

If there was one person that I communicated with. Half the time I didn't know who I was supposed to send what to. As the sole person listed on the loan I was informed that I was having a scheduled appointment with a mobile notary on a Saturday morning, when nobody had even talked to the title agency who doesn't provide mobile notary on Saturdays. So everything seemed way unorganized, and confusing. The communication was lacking outside of the initial contact with Michelle.

Better communication.. My work phone was used to contact me and i told them a few times to call me on my cell number but they continued to use my work phone even after letting them know.
